Parish priests and Administrators, with their Parish Pastoral Councils, are invited to an evening workshop which will assist with effective planning including one-off events, annual calendar, new intiatives, and more. The evening will comprise input an discussion about the key questions that can help us optimise our effectiveness:
- Who is really in the pews?
- Who else can we welcome into our midst?
- What are the genuine needs of our people?
- How can we best coordinate our parish efforts to avoid wasting time and energy?

The workshop will be offered on three different occasions, and at different venues, to make them accessible across the Archdiocese. Each parish may choose one of the following three options to attend together.
