The Mustard Seed Bookshop

is the official bookstore of the Archdiocese of Sydney, featuring one of the largest ranges of Catholic books and merchandise to fulfil Pope John Paul II’s invitation to draw “His people in communion and intimacy with Jesus Christ”.

Our stores at 38 Renwick St Leichhardt and online at https://mustardseed.org.au provide resources to assist the deepening discipleship of Catholics and evangelisation to the world in Christ.

In our bookshop you will find resources that create an initial conversion to or deepening awareness of Jesus Christ, moved by the Holy Spirit, to encourage that primary proclamation of the Gospel.

These are resources to create a deepening knowledge of Jesus through Scripture and Tradition, and literature that supports the celebration of the salvific presence of Christ in the Sacraments, particularly the Eucharist.

The Mustard Seed Bookshop also includes books and gifts that challenge us to undertake a journey of interior transformation, taking the Decalogue and impressing on it and us the spirit of the Beatitudes, as Christ taught us, and resources that support Catholics to permeate their lives with a spirit of prayer, so as to discover the mysterious action of God in our lives.
