Love Them Both

We are all called to care for every member of our society regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity or any other external characteristic. Unborn babies are the most vulnerable of us all. They don’t have a voice and all too often their lives are cut drastically short through abortion. One in four of our generation is missing because of abortion, making this the greatest injustice of our time.

We need to be a voice for these tiny baby boys and girls, and their mothers. Women and babies deserve so much better than abortion. We must love them both.

1. How can I promote a culture of life within my community?
2. Am I familiar with organisations such as Diamond Women’s Support who exist to support women experiencing an unplanned or crisis pregnancy?
3. Am I actively engaged in the pro-life movement, and doing my part to stand up for the rights of mothers and babies?

PRAY
Father and maker of all,
you adorn all creation with splendor and beauty,
and fashion human lives in your image and likeness.
Awaken in every heart reverence for the work of your hands,
and renew among your people a readiness to nurture
and sustain your precious gift of life.

Support a mother with young children by asking them if they need a babysitter or help around the house for a day
