The Called & Gifted Discernment Process helps Christians discern the presence of charisms in their lives. Charisms are special abilities given to all Christians by the Holy Spirit to give them power both to represent Christ and to be a channel of God’s goodness for people.

The Called & Gifted Discernment Process consists of three parts, and will take place from Monday 8 September until Monday 24 November 2025. All parts of the discernment process are necessary for discovering where you are uniquely gifted.
