Daniel Ang is the Director of the Sydney Centre for Evangelisation.
Entering the Church as an adult, Daniel worked for the Daughters of St Paul for some years in editing and marketing before serving in faith formation in the Diocese of Parramatta.
He was then appointed Director of Pastoral Planning in the same diocese before taking up the role of Director of the Office for Evangelisation in the Diocese of Broken Bay.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts/Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Master of Divinity from the Sydney College of Divinity (SCD), undertaken at the Catholic Institute of Sydney.
He is a member of the Executive Committee for Plenary Council 2020, and the Australian Catholic Council for Pastoral Research.
Daniel is published in a number of peer reviewed journals in the areas of ecclesiology and pastoral theology.
Daniel is a married layman with two children.
