The Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney has established a Working Group to coordinate and walk alongside the national journey toward the 2020 Plenary Council.
The Most Reverend Terence Brady, Auxiliary Bishop of Sydney, and Professor Sandra Lynch, of the Institute for Ethics and Society at the University of Notre Dame Australia, have been appointed as co-chairs to lead the Plenary Council Working Group (PCWG) for the Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney, alongside Ms Silvana Scarfe, providing Executive Support to the group.
The PCWG Committee has been appointed and includes representatives of archdiocesan clergy, religious, indigenous Australians, ethnic and migrant groups, chaplaincies, school principals, academics and Church agency staff.
We look forward to updating you on this important mission for the Church.
